A large pale-gold light circle intersects the sea horizon. Its lower half warms while the bright centre radiates upward. A broad silver reflection extends down the water. Turquoise sky separates circle, horizon and reflection as distinct forms.
Reflection connects the apparently suspended appearance to landscape. The horizon looks different inside and outside the circle. Horizontal distance and enclosed optical form overlap. Light becomes more than a means of depiction: it is a shape reweighting familiar distances without entirely erasing them.
