A closer look at the work
A broad crossing leads into a brightly lit street. People pass as dark, partly blurred figures beneath crowded yellow, red and white signs. Rectangular illuminated surfaces continue into the distance. Clear building edges contrast with fleeting bodies.
Repeated road stripes meet the crowd's irregular movement. Advertising remains conspicuous while individuals resist precise description. The urban scene suggests a space where commercial signs appear permanent and personal presence becomes visible mainly as passing movement.
