A closer look at the work
Slender branching trees stand on a green bank. Blue green water appears between their dark trunks, while leaves form a loose roof overhead. Plants partly conceal the shore below. The horizon is visible only in sections through changing intervals.
The sea is seen through a nearby space. Trunks connect the viewer's position with the distance while preserving separation from it. The whispering of the title offers a poetic association, grounded here in the fine interruptions that shape the view.
