A closer look at the work

A crane boom rises diagonally towards the upper right against a deep blue night sky. Its yellowish illuminated cabin sits below on the left. Golden loops and short bright traces overlap densely across the lower part. Fixed structural elements give the frame a readable direction, while lines of light cross that order and disperse it into several movements.

The title “Wild dance” finds an echo in this alternation between rigid construction and sweeping traces. The crane remains visible; its technical shape makes the restless lines tangible. Exactly what moved is no longer available in the finished picture. Instead of isolating one clear instant, the photograph condenses several temporal impressions into the same field.

Personal consultation

The work, the space, the presentation.

What interests you about this work? I take time for your questions, its origins and its place in a collection. Together, we explore differences between works and their relationship with space, light and architecture.

Size, selected materials and bespoke framing are carefully coordinated. The precise presentation develops through our conversation.

A photograph of the intended space can help us consider scale and placement.
