The Infrared Journey — Somewhere in Between
Reflected Heart of Dubai #1
Artwork text and archival details
In a city synonymous with modern progress, architectural daring, and visions beyond the horizon, the Burj Khalifa rises not merely as a building but as a symbol of a collective striving for the sublime. The Reflected Heart of Dubai series captures this iconic skyscraper through a spiritual lens, with each infrared shot presenting the city as though viewed through a different "heart." This heart shape, reflected in a mirrored sculpture, symbolizes not only Dubai's passion and vitality but also the city's constant self-reflection as it endlessly reinvents itself.
