Infrared Noon – A Scene of Contemplation and RenewalArtwork text and archival details
This infrared composition captures a serene moment where nature’s contrasts – decay and renewal, stillness and transformation – come alive in surreal hues of warm orange and cool turquoise. The stark silhouette of a barren tree juxtaposed with the lush vitality of a palm symbolizes the eternal cycles of life and growth.
The rustic cart in the foreground stands as a silent witness to the harmonious interplay of time and nature, while the unique infrared perspective transforms the scene into a meditative exploration of balance and beauty. Though the light suggests a dusky calm, this moment was captured at the height of noon, showcasing the transformative power of artistic expression.
