Sheep at the Edge of Light

Sheep at the Edge of Light

Artwork text and archival details

Captured on the island of Sylt, this image reveals a quiet strip of coastline where sky and land seem to blur into one. The sheep, grazing calmly amidst windswept, copper-toned grasses, appear almost weightless – as if time here is not measured in hours, but in moments of stillness. The vast horizon opens up like a breath held long, whispering of solitude, freedom, and the subtle presence of the eternal in the everyday.

Personal consultation

The work, the space, the presentation.

What interests you about this work? I take time for your questions, its origins and its place in a collection. Together, we explore differences between works and their relationship with space, light and architecture.

Size, selected materials and bespoke framing are carefully coordinated. The precise presentation develops through our conversation.

A photograph of the intended space can help us consider scale and placement.
