The Infrared Journey — Somewhere in Between
Infrared Drift – Sunset over Berlin’s Floating Pulse

Infrared Drift – Sunset over Berlin’s Floating Pulse
Infrared Drift – Sunset over Berlin’s Floating PulseA closer look at the work
A small, crowded boat appears before the dark silhouette of Berlin’s Spree waterfront. A larger vessel enters from the left. Between them, a broad area of violet ripples leads towards the bright horizon. People on the smaller boat’s roof form distinct dark marks, while buildings beyond join into a continuous band.
The evening view connects the fixed order of the city with a mobile place of gathering. The boat carries a small public space whose position can change relative to the shore. Scale and distance make that displacement tangible. The skyline provides orientation, but the centre of attention lies closer, among bodies assembled between water and sky.
