The Day the Tree Refused to Leave

Artwork text

The tree no longer belongs to the celebration, yet has not been forgotten.

It rests between function and memory, between purpose and simple presence. A witness to a moment that has already passed — yet refuses to disappear into insignificance.

The violet light is not decoration. It is distance. It is time speaking in another spectrum.

Here, the city reveals its quiet rituals: what we once honoured, we later leave behind. And yet some forms retain their dignity even as they fall.

This image is not about a tree. It is about what remains when meaning has officially ended.

As an NFT, it preserves not the object, but the pause between ending and renewal.

Personal consultation

The work, the space, the presentation.

What interests you about this work? I take time for your questions, its origins and its place in a collection. Together, we explore differences between works and their relationship with space, light and architecture.

Size, selected materials and bespoke framing are carefully coordinated. The precise presentation develops through our conversation.

A photograph of the intended space can help us consider scale and placement.
