Visions of Time

Images about duration, memory and the quiet afterglow of a moment.

Time becomes visible when movement loses its trace.

Visions of Time brings together images in which light, city, landscape and human presence do not appear as fixed moments, but as condensations of duration. The series approaches time as atmosphere: fleeting, physical and deeply still.

Chapter 1

Traces of Duration

Time does not draw loudly. It remains as shimmer, shadow and displacement.

The opening works create a space between movement and memory. Architecture, night and horizon appear as vessels for light that has passed.

Chapter 2

Light as Memory

What becomes visible is not only light, but its afterimage.

These images treat light as material for memory. It touches surfaces, dissolves contours and lets places hover between proximity and distance.

Chapter 3

The Moment Dissolves

Between body and space, an image emerges that refuses to stand still.

The works in this chapter move through thresholds: water, street, body, night. Everything is becoming; nothing is fully closed.

Chapter 4

Afterimages of Time

In the end, what remains is not an event, but an atmosphere.

The closing images condense the series into quiet afterimages. They feel like memories of places that reveal and withdraw themselves at the same time.
