A closer look at the work
A person sits cross-legged on a low rooftop structure among equipment boxes and metal braces. A blue dome and slender white buildings rise behind, with water and distant lights to the left. Broad sky counters the intricate roofscape.
The seated body interrupts a functional technical setting. Its posture may suggest concentration without establishing an inner state. A place for equipment becomes a place to remain, and the photograph leaves that unusual occupation open to interpretation.
